With a degree in accounting, Aaron initially joined Geneva Capital as a financial analyst before moving into the accounting team and eventually becoming our Controller. As the company grew, his role gradually evolved and he became the unofficial go-to for the team’s tech needs. By 2015 Aaron became Geneva’s official Director of IT. Seven years later, he shifted once more, this time combining both key focus areas into one role as the Director of IT and Corporate Accounting. Today, Aaron is a key player in nearly every large-scope project, and much like his title would imply, he’s become an expert at juggling several initiatives at once...and always with a smile on his face. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family and is an 18-year veteran of the Alexandria volunteer fire department.
